Migration of 4.2TB Exploded-View Vector Diagrams to Edge Infrastructure

Client: Major JDM aftermarket distributor in Osaka.

Challenge

The client experienced severe packet drops and latency during high-peak hours when 15,000+ auto shops requested deep-nested parts diagrams simultaneously.

Solution

We implemented an asynchronous binary-stream pipeline using high-throughput HTTP/2 multiplexing. Diagrams are broken into chunks and served via regional CDN proxies.
